Entry & Booking In Times

The hall will be open for receiving produce and booking in entries:

Saturday 8th August:
7:00pm – 8:00pm

Sunday 9th August:
8:30am – 10:30am

Judging

Judging will take place approximately:

10:45am – 1:00pm

The hall must be vacated during judging.

Entries & Awards

  • Entry fee: 50p per entry (all sections)
  • Certificate awards for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places
  • Special Junior Section with awards

All classes:
The judges’ decision is final.

Show Opening Times

The hall will reopen to visitors from approximately:

1:00pm – 3:00pm

There will be:

☕ Tea & Coffee available
🎟️ Raffle on the day

All produce and awards can be collected from the hall:

From 3:00pm onwards

All entries to the junior section will be placed into the following age groups;

0 – 5 years old 6 – 10 years old 11 – 15 years old

  2. 3 Decorated Buns (Judged on Decoration Only)
  3. Miniature Garden
  4. Decorated Hard Boiled Egg.
  5. Decorated Cake
  6. Painting
  7. A mug of flowers
  8. A wooden spoon decorated to look like a flower
  9. Any other craft item
  10. Painted Pebble / Stone
