Incredible Edibles will be holding a class making Corn Dollie’s. A rare opportunity to learn about the fascinating art of corn dolly making. The very talented Sue Tomkins will give a brief history of corn dollies, and a bit about straw preparation, before guiding us through actually making our own. With Valentine’s Day ahead we will start with a Compass Plait Heart then have a go at either a Welsh Border Fan or Glory Braid/Diamond Plait. Depending how we get on there may be time for more… There will, of course, be the usual light refreshments, and time for questions.
