Join us at Eastoft Village Hall for an introduction to mindful living.
During this session we will explore some of the underpinning principles of mindfulness and some of the things that you already do each day that with a change of consciousness – can be completed more mindfully.
• Practise using breath as an anchor
• Discover what it feels like to eat mindfully
• Experience a body awareness meditation
Sunday 5th November. 09:30 – 12:00 at Eastoft Village Hall. – £20 per person
Bring a blanket and pillow – there are some mats but feel free to bring your own for extra comfort (for the body awareness)
Chairs can also be used if preferred.
